Depending on how you use our website, we may process the following categories of data:
- Identification data (first name, last name, account username)
- Contact data (email address, phone number)
- Order data (billing address, invoice details, details of purchased products or services)

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Account creation and management
Legal basis: necessity for the performance of an electronic services agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Order processing and delivery of digital content
Legal basis: necessity for the performance of a sales contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Handling enquiries via the contact form
Legal basis: necessity to take steps prior to entering into a contract, or the legitimate interests of the controller in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Compliance with legal obligations
In particular under tax and accounting law. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Establishing, asserting or defending claims
Legal basis: legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Marketing communications
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Sending commercial information electronically requires separate consent.
4. Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be shared with:
- IT service and hosting providers
- Payment service providers (payment operators)
- Accounting firms and legal advisors
- Providers of analytical and marketing tools — to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purposes
5. International Data Transfers
Where the use of certain tools (e.g. analytics, mailing systems) involves transferring personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), the controller will ensure that appropriate safeguards as provided for under the GDPR are applied, such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention Periods
Personal data will be processed for:
- The duration of the electronic services agreement (account), plus the limitation period for related claims
- The time necessary to process an order, then as required by tax and accounting law
- Until an enquiry or contact form correspondence is resolved
- Until consent is withdrawn, where processing is based on consent
- Until the expiry of the limitation period for potential claims, where processing is for claim purposes

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right of access and to receive a copy of your data
- Right to rectification (correction) of data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") in cases provided for by law
- Right to restriction of processing
- Right to object to processing — where the legal basis is the controller's legitimate interests
- Right to data portability — where data is processed to perform a contract or on the basis of consent
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal

8. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for personal data protection — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) — if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations.
9. Voluntary Nature of Data Provision
Providing personal data is voluntary, however:
- Failure to provide data required for account registration will prevent the account from being created
- Failure to provide data required to place an order will prevent the contract from being performed
- Failure to provide data in the contact form may prevent a response from being given to your enquiry
10. Automated Decision-Making
Personal data may be used in automated processing (e.g. analytics tools) for the purpose of tailoring marketing content and website functionality to user preferences. This does not produce legal effects on users or similarly significantly affect their situation.
